Animal Adoption Programs

At Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration, there are a variety of ways in which you can help make a difference in the lives of our animals. From adopting one of our resident animals or a rescued animal, your contribution will help to care and feed these animals for one year.

Animal Parent Program
Anyone can become an Animal Parent. When you adopt a marine mammal, fish, or invertebrate at Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration, you help feed the species and provide for their needs over a one year period. Find Out More!

Adopt a Rescued Animal
Be part of the Marine Animal Rescue program at Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration when you adopt one of our rescued and rehabilitated seals that stranded on the coast of Connecticut, Rhode Island or Fishers Island, NY. Find out More!
