Does your little one love learning about sea life and marine biology? If so, Sea School is the perfect program for your little “sponge”. The 8 week (16 class) sessions offer preschoolers a unique opportunity to experience the exciting world of marine life.  Each two hour class has children using their imagination, interacting with peers, and participating in projects designed to develop a variety of skills.  The program serves as a first taste of what school will be like, but is also a great enrichment program for youngsters already enrolled in a preschool.   

Schedule:

• Mondays and Wednesdays 9:15am-11:15am or 1:00pm-3:00pm OR
• Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:15am-11:15am or 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Cost:

• Members: $350, 2 children $600
• Non-members: $400, 2 children $650

People are talking...and Sea School is the place to be for three, four and five year old's.  Whether you sign your little one up for one session or ten, our teachers make sure to keep the Sea Schooler's excited about learning and excited for their next class. What better place to have children explore their natural curiosity than at an aquarium where live ocean critters are living all around them?

• Each two hour class will have children using their imagination, interacting with peers, and participating in projects designed to develop a variety of skills.
• Children will be offered a unique opportunity to get to know various ocean animals, the people who work with them, as well as learn about the science that goes into exploring the sea.
• Weekly newsletters are emailed to parents so you can read details of what the Sea Schoolers did in class. And it's a wonderful way to help reinforce topics at home. An example of a newsletter is available to view below.
• Mini Picassos will have a blast working on a variety of arts and craft activities
• Parental input regarding the strengths and needs of their child will be an important element in designing a tailored learning experience for each child.
• Sea School takes place in a bright, stimulating classroom especially designed for preschool aged children.  The classroom includes a bathroom built for young children.
• Sea School families recieve a 10% discount at Education Works in the Crystal Mall over the course of the session.
